Walter "Bucky" McCord member #672022 Moatsville, West Virginia
Member of Windmill Ridge Chapter 672
Bucky held the office of Tail gunner in our Chapter. He always had our backs and watched over us whether on a ride or just hanging out. He loved riding his "Yamaha". He didn't hold it against the ones with "Harley's" for not riding a "better" bike! He was a devoted husband, father, and friend; he was looking forward to spending more time with his wife, now that the kids were grown. He worked with his father-in-law, enjoying riding with him as often as they could. He always brought a light to everything he was involved with, a ready smile and laugh first and foremost. We will miss him greatly.

One of the founding members of what was then the Gilmer County Chapter 121 later to become Mountain Lakes Region. Raymond and his wife Brenda often had to travel an hour just to attend a meeting. He was always committed to the SCRC and attended events of other Chapters many miles from his home. Always quick to host out of state SCRC members when they were passing up and down US 19, Raymond found time to help in anyway he could.
